VDM uses PTC Creo Parametric engineering software for interfacing with our customer's design databases and GibbsCam CAM software for programming of our CNC machining centers.

With a wide array of inspection and measuring instruments, VDM is capable of reliable measurements exceeding 60 inches.

For our regular clients with library components, VDM stocks a supply of components for that 'HOT' emergency job or just to aid us in getting the job underway a little faster.

​BORESCOPE INSPECTION
VDM maintains a wide selection of borescopes in varying diameters and lengths including flexible borescopes and articulating borescopes.
​
Brazed and soldered waveguide joints are inspected in house after brazing.
​
Plated waveguides are inspected for plating at Coastline Metal Finishing and are again inspected in house at VDM.
